Sales Exective

Your tasks

• Find new customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, site visits and networking.
• Build contacts with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors and M&E decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings, understand customer needs and present suitable products and services.
• Work with our technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and keep clear records of contacts, opportunities and follow-up actions.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Proactive and resourceful, with the discipline to generate your own leads.
• Confident speaking with new customers and decision-makers.
• Persistent, comfortable with rejection and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Good communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Sales experience in ACMV, air-conditioning, electrical, lighting or building services is preferred.
• Technical knowledge or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are an advantage.
