About the Role
As the Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365 , you’ll drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Partnering closely with Product Management and stakeholders, you’ll refine requirements, estimate scope and capacity, and cultivate a high-performing, learning-focused team culture.
What You'll Do
Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
Make technical decisions
Lead and involve others into code reviews
Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro

5+ years of software development in commercial projects
Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
