We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Senior Director to provide executive leadership, oversee key business functions, and drive sustainable organizational growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, improving operational performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the organization achieves its long-term business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategic priorities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and long-term objectives. Provide strategic direction and leadership across departments, business units, and major organizational functions. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion strategies to strengthen the organization's competitive position. Oversee business operations, resource allocation, and performance management to maximize efficiency and profitability. Establish organizational goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance monitoring frameworks. Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and department heads to build a high-performing leadership team. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource utilization to support sustainable business growth. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, investors, business partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Drive organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate business performance, market conditions, and operational risks to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal policies. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop business strategies, resolve critical challenges, and capitalize on growth opportunities. Present strategic recommendations, financial performance reports, and business updates to executive leadership or the board of directors. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Extensive experience in senior management, strategic leadership, business operations, or corporate management. Demonstrated success in developing business strategies, leading teams, and achieving measurable organizational results. Strong knowledge of financial management, business development, operational planning, and corporate governance. Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change. Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement. High standards of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and leadership. Experience working with executive leadership teams, board members, or major business stakeholders is highly desirable.
