Restaurant / Guest Experience Host – Leila Singapore
We are looking for a warm, polished and service-oriented Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host to be the first point of contact for our guests.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, managing guest arrivals and reservations, coordinating table seating, and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and table allocation.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate closely with the service team.
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
- Identify and communicate VIP guests, special occasions and special requests to the relevant team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and waiting area.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.
- Recommend relevant dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.
- Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Well groomed ,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
- Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates without direct hosting experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.
What We Offer
- Attractive salary package: S$1,900 – S$3,100 per month
