Manager

Responsibilities:

Set operational goals, delegate tasks, and monitor daily workflow to ensure team objectives and deadlines are met. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to foster professional growth and high performance. Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses. Analyze performance metrics, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve productivity. Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and operational staff, communicating strategic direction clearly.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SSCE. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
