Accounting for USA Logistics

We are looking for an experinced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team and support financial operations within our trucking dispatch company. This role focuses on managing driver payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.

Experience in Accounting is mandatory!

Process and manage Quick Pay and weekly driver payments.

Communicate with drivers to process payment requests.

Prepare and issue driver payment statements.

Track and reconcile load payments, broker invoices, and expenses.

Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to verify load details and payment accuracy

Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (logistics/trucking experience is a plus)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication skills (English required)

Salary structure:

$900 1st month

$1000 2nd month

$1100 in the third month (The salary remains fixed at $900 after the 3rd month)

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 16:00 - 01:00
