SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and resources

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and quality standards

Monitor work progress, productivity, and site conditions

Maintain daily site records and report site issues, delays, or changes

Assist in site reporting and documentation

Requirements Minimum  2 years’ experience  in construction site supervision

Good knowledge of  road construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Able to read and interpret construction drawings

Familiar with WSH requirements

Independent, responsible, and able to work well with site teams

Posses valid class 3 driving license is an advantage
