Our client is looking for a professional to offer meal service to patients, staff, and hospital organized events guests as well as maintaining a clean and organised service area.  The key responsibilities include; Provide catering service to patients and staff Report faulty equipment to the Head Chef, for prompt repair and/or replacement   Ensure that all food is served on time, for optimum customer satisfaction.  Adhere to timing standards for products and services. Assist the cooks and kitchen stewards as and when required. Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs. Maintain an up to date working knowledge of food items being served in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation. Work with kitchen staff to process and expedite food production. Handle patient complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Post high school certificate in catering service or related area 1 year experience in a busy environment Working in hospital or well rated hotel  will be an added advantage Strong interpersonal skills
