*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including drywall, trim, framing, painting, flooring, door and window install. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks such as installation, repair, and fabrication across multiple projects. The <PERSON> will contribute to building, restoring, and maintaining structures with precision and professionalism, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

*Responsibilities*

• Install drywall, cabinetry, flooring, and tile install using hand tools and power tools.
• Assist in restoration projects including caulking, painting, and general repairs.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks involving wood framing, or other materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

*Skills*

• Extensive experience with carpentry, woodworking, drywall, painting, trim, flooring and tile laying.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Maintenance Person experience or general construction background is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.98-$35.85 per hour
