Ensure designs and installations comply with SCDF/FSSD requirements, Singapore Fire Code, relevant Singapore Standards and NFPA standards where applicable.
Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, Qualified Persons (QPs), Registered Inspectors (RIs) and authorities.
Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, testing and commissioning.
Troubleshoot fire alarm/electrical system faults and provide technical solutions.
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and as-built drawings.
Prepare testing/commissioning reports, inspection documentation and O&M manuals.
Support project tenders, quotations, variation orders and technical submissions.
Manage project schedules, subcontractors and site coordination for larger projects.
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Construction or equivalent
M & E Experience preferred
At least 2 years of working experience with Fire Alarm Industry
Experience in the Construction industry
Experience in Electrical Works, Fire Alarm System Installation and Maintenance
Knowledge of fire alarm system components, such as control panels, detectors, notification devices, and initiating devices
Physically fit
