Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all outlets. Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and HSE standards. Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams. Monitor inventory, labour, and food costs. Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated issues.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of an HND 5 Years of previous experience in a similar role
