Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks and talent databases. Develop and optimize job descriptions. Screen and shortlist candidates. Conduct competency-based interviews. Coordinate assessments and selection processes. Conduct reference checks. Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools. Develop recruitment reports and metrics. Support employer-branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment costs and time-to-hire. Ensure professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in HRM, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPM, CIPD or SHRM certification is an advantage. 2 years' recruitment/talent-acquisition experience. Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills. Experience with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn recruitment tools. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
