Senior Operations Development Specialist

Job Description

Analyse existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize workflows.

Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans.

Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management especially in food delivery industry.

Experience with process mapping (Visio or ARIS) plus workflow analysis.

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Metabase.
