DRIVER/MECHANIC

Your tasks

• Guest Transportation: Providing airport pick-ups and drop-offs, shuttle services between resort facilities, and transporting guests to local attractions or pre-arranged tours.
• Safety & Compliance: Operating vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, strictly adhering to all traffic laws, speed limits, and resort safety protocols.

• Luggage Assistance: Proactively assisting guests with the loading and unloading of luggage and personal belongings.
• Guest Engagement: Providing helpful information about the resort’s amenities, local geography, and points of interest in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction codes for the vehicle type.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a resort, hotel, or tourism environment.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations or accidents.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail, specifically regarding vehicle maintenance schedules and trip timing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Physical ability to lift heavy luggage and sit for extended periods during long-distance transfers.
• Goal-oriented, punctual, and a reliable team player.
