Production Mechanical Engineer
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans are achieved.
- Follow up the manufacturing process from Punching and Laser Cutting through Press Brake Bending, Welding, Grinding, Painting, Assembly, and Final Inspection.
- Coordinate between production departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimum production delays.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor production quantities, cycle times, scrap, rework, and production efficiency.
- Identify production problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Follow up material availability and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality, Technical Office, and Warehouse departments.
- Monitor machine utilization and report production-related machine problems to the Maintenance Engineer.
- Ensure proper implementation of work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and periodic production reports.
- Follow up production priorities and ensure orders are completed according to the required schedule.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with factory safety procedures.
- Participate in developing and improving manufacturing methods and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes.
- Good understanding of:
1-CNC / Punching 2-Laser Cutting 3-Press Brake / Bending 4-MIG / TIG / Spot Welding 5-Grinding 6-Painting / Surface Treatment 7-Mechanical Assembly
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and fabrication drawings.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflow.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
