Operations Coordinator, Global Mobility & Relocation - EMEA and APAC - (m/w/d)
What to Expect
Tesla’s in-house Relocation team is hiring an Operations Coordinator for EMEA and APAC. We build the services that move talent to and within these regions, so people land ready to work on day one. The Operations Coordinator is frontline support for the program. You own the email alias, case payouts with the vendor, and the mobility data that goes to Payroll. Inquiries get a clear answer and a resolution; payouts get tracked to completion, and data is validated before it goes downstream. You keep day-to-day case tracking on time and in compliance, partnering with internal stakeholders as one team. We’ve posted this role in other locations to attract a diverse pool of candidates - but please note there is only one open position.
What You’ll Do
- Own the mobility support alias: triage each inquiry, get people what they need to move, and close it quickly
- Provide tier 1 support for EMEA and APAC moves, in partnership with HR partners and recruiters, so employee experience is smooth
- Track case progress and follow through until moves are on time and in compliance
- Coordinate case payouts with the vendor and stay on them until they are complete
- Audit mobility data before it flows to Payroll and Tax, and prepare and file the payroll report so employee inputs are accurate and on time
- Keep operational documentation, case records, and payout records complete and up to date
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in running an operations queue against tight deadlines, with many items open at once
- High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially with amounts, dates, and employee payroll inputs
- Follow-through with employees, vendors, and internal partners until the inquiry, the payout, or the file is done
- Patience and empathy for people in high-stakes life events
- A default to action and ownership in a fast operational setting
- Prior experience in mobility or global HR operations is a plus
