Your tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Contact potential customers and follow up on leads and appointments.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call information.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous Call Center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• A positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fixed Monthly Salary: EGP 15,000
• Monthly KPI Bonus: EGP 3,000

WORKING SHIFTS We offer four rotational shifts

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Shift 4: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male Candidates Only)
