Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance test plans. Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications and document defects with clear reports. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Cypress. Create and maintain API automation tests using Postman for REST APIs and backend integrations. Manage test cases, test execution, and defect tracking using ClickUp. Prepare detailed test reports, including test coverage, execution results, and identified issues. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and improve product quality. Communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers through Microsoft Teams and email. Mentor junior QA engineers by reviewing automation code and sharing testing best practices. Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience  A minimum of a BSc. in a related field
