Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Develop instructional and marketing content for online courses, including scripts, slides, and video materials. Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, short videos) to promote courses and platform visibility. Collaborate with course creators/trainers to simplify and repackage technical content for learners. Design graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Write blog posts, newsletters, and course descriptions. Edit and produce short-form video content for platform and social media use. Stay updated on content trends within the e-learning and edtech space. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within edtech, media, or a training/education environment. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines. A portfolio of previous content work is required.
