Accounting Manager

• Full supervision of the accounting cycle and preparation of the final financial statements.
• Managing and reviewing the costs of contracting projects (extracts, subcontractors, and completion percentages)
• Prepare and review factory cost reports and analyze deviations
• Preparing estimated budgets and monitoring the financial performance of projects and the factory
• Handling the accounts of suppliers, customers, subcontractors, banks, receivables and payables.
• Preparation of monthly and periodic financial and analytical reports for senior management
• Oversee the accounting team, assign tasks, and follow up on performance
• Strong experience in contracting and industrial cost accounting
• Proficiency in dealing with ERP systems and Excel software professionally
• Leadership personality and high ability to withstand work pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably including at least 5 years in an Accounting Manager or Chief Accountant position.
• Previous experience in construction, contracting, or engineering companies.
• Strong experience in construction accounting and project accounting.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and periodic financial reports.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Ability to monitor project costs, compare actual costs against budgets, and analyze variances.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP and accounting systems preferred.
