Manufacturing Engineer (Team Supervisor)

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure reliable performance of automated and semi-automated production equipment.
• Drive TPM activities and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and automation issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve OEE through continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Promote and sustain a strong culture of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and 5S.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support production targets and improvement projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field. 5-10 years of experience in maintenance of automated or semi-automated equipment. Proven experience leading maintenance technicians, engineers, or maintenance teams. Experience in automation machine manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environments preferred. Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics, sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems. Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills for automated equipment. Solid understanding of TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen). Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
