Public Relations Officer (PRO - Business Setup)

One of our esteemed clients, a leading provider in the business setup services industry in Dubai, is looking to hire a skilled and dedicated PRO to join their team. If you have a strong background in UAE government procedures, excellent communication skills, and a drive to help clients establish and grow their businesses in the UAE, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government authorities and departments (e.g., Dubai Economic Department, Immigration, Municipality).
• Handle business licenses, visas, and other government-related paperwork.
• Assist clients with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
• Maintain relationships with government officials and agencies to expedite processes.
• Advise clients on relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a PRO role or similar in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s business regulations, licensing, and immigration processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Both Mainland and Freezone experience
• UAE driving Licence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
