We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant specializing in Revenue Accounting to join our dynamic team permanently. This role is crucial for optimizing our financial processes and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. As an SAP FICO Consultant – Revenue Accounting, you will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP FICO modules, with a specific emphasis on revenue recognition, billing, and order-to-cash processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure SAP solutions to meet those needs. This role demands a deep understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within the SAP ecosystem, particularly concerning revenue accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, test, and support SAP FICO modules, with a primary focus on Revenue Accounting (e.g., RAR, SD-FI integration, billing, invoicing). Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and business users, translating them into functional specifications and SAP solutions. Perform system configuration, master data setup, and develop test scripts for SAP FICO functionalities related to revenue accounting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, Project Systems) to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process effectiveness. Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution for SAP FICO issues, particularly those impacting revenue recognition. Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials for new and existing SAP functionalities. Participate in project planning, execution, and post-go-live support phases for SAP implementation and enhancement projects. Stay abreast of SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends, particularly in revenue accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 15, ASC 606).

3-5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on Revenue Accounting. Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and particularly Revenue Recognition (RAR). Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15/ASC 606). Experience with SAP SD-FI integration for order-to-cash processes and billing/invoicing. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO or relevant modules is a plus.
