ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building a marketing function that earns attention. Earlier this year, we placed a lobster on Wall Street that got more people talking than any ad we could have run - and that's exactly the kind of thinking we want more of. We're looking for a Senior Field & Executive Marketing Manager who has the creative instincts to dream up what Taktile's next memorable moment looks like, the project management discipline to make it happen, and the analytical rigour to measure what works and what does not.

This is not a logistics role. We work with world-class events vendors that handles logistics execution. Your job is to own the vision and strategy, design experiences worth talking about, and make sure every event moves the business forward. You'll report directly to our VP of Marketing and work closely with enterprise sales, partnerships, and senior leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Shape the events strategy and experience

  • Define where Taktile shows up and what we do when we get there - from our presence at Money20/20 and Fintech Meetup to intimate executive dinners and owned flagship moments
  • Bring creative ideas on how to make Taktile unforgettable: what's the concept, the surprise, the thing attendees tell their colleagues about the next morning
  • Track and report on pipeline influenced, opportunities sourced, and deal acceleration attributable to field programs - and use this to influence strategy and focus

Own the executive roundtable program

  • Design and build Taktile’s executive event program, incl. theme development, attendee curation, agenda design, facilitation, and post-event follow-through
  • Own pre-event account selection and post-event follow-up playbooks; brief AEs and BDRs on converting event engagement into qualified pipeline
  • Partner with enterprise sales to design account-based field programs (e.g., dinners, targeted activations) that engage priority accounts and accelerate deals in motion

Project-manage every moving part

  • Own the field marketing budget end-to-end, allocating across programs and ensuring strong ROI on every dollar
  • Work with external agencies, production vendors, and event venues
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks that allow the events program to grow
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, agencies, and speakers to deliver flawlessly on time and on budget

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience: in marketing, events, creative project management, or a related field — exceptional matters more than years on paper
  • Creative instincts and taste: you know what a remarkable event feels like and you're not afraid to pitch a bold idea
  • Project management discipline: you run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls, even under pressure, and you build systems so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Executive presence: you're comfortable in a room with a VP of Ops or Head of Commercial Banking — whether recruiting them to a roundtable or representing Taktile
  • Strong communication: you can write a compelling invite, brief a vendor, and present a program to leadership with equal confidence
  • Pipeline obsession: you track what every event produces — opportunities sourced, deals accelerated, pipeline influenced — and use that data to make sharper bets next time. You're not satisfied with a "great event" unless it moved the business
  • Curiosity about the space: you're genuinely interested in financial services and AI

What We Offer

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here.
  • Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early-stage company.
  • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo.
  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe.
  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package.
  • Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes.
  • Use the equipment of your choice including meaningful home office set-up.

Our Stance

  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply.
  • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears.
