HSE Analyst

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.

Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits.

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

Analyze HSE performance data and recommend improvements.

Support safety awareness programs and employee training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within a vocational training institute, oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or construction environment.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Previous GCC experience is preferred.

Strong English communication and reporting skills.
