QS Engineer (นนทบุรี)

-Prepare and verify quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications (Electrical / Mechanical works) -Develop and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation for projects -Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget -Prepare and review progress claims, payment certificates, and invoices -Produce cost reports and analyze budget variances -Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and suppliers -Review and assess Variation Orders (VO) and change requests -Conduct tender analysis and price comparisons from contractors and suppliers -Support tender preparation, including documentation and cost breakdown

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QS, cost control, or estimation Knowledge of Electrical systems or Mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Understanding of BOQ, costing, and construction processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
