We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our hearing clinic team. This position combines reception and administrative duties with basic hearing aid care and patient assistance. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Greet patients and provide friendly, professional serviceAnswer phones, schedule and confirm appointmentsMaintain patient files and confidential informationProcess payments and receiptsClean and maintain hearing aidsChange wax guards, domes, filters and other hearing aid partsClean earmolds and hearing aid accessoriesPerform basic hearing aid troubleshooting after trainingAssist patients with basic hearing aid care and maintenancePrepare and send hearing aids for manufacturer repairsReceive and organize repairs, supplies and accessoriesContact patients regarding appointments, repairs and follow-upsClean and disinfect equipment and work areasAssist the Hearing Aid Practitioner with daily clinic dutiesPerform general administrative duties We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, patient and comfortable working with seniorsReliable, punctual and organizedDetail-oriented and comfortable working with small hearing aid partsConfident communicating in person and over the phoneComfortable with computers and learning new softwareAble to multitask and work independentlyProfessional and respectful of patient confidentiality Previous reception, healthcare or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
