Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control. Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Assist in the valuation of work completed and preparation of payment certificates. Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records. Support procurement processes by preparing tender documents and evaluating quotations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures. Prepare project reports and other quantity surveying documentation as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience . Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
