Construction Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

Experience in Plastering, Tiling Works (Wet works), Plumbing and Electrical

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Produce schedules and monitor attendance of team members

Allocate general and daily responsibilities

Supervise and train team members

Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

Resolve and mitigate problems onsite

Report on progress to company director

Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site

Requirements

Relevant certificates from BCA or equivalent

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment

Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority
