*Operations Supervisor ? Property Services*
Superior Property Solutions is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day field operations of our growing property services company. We service the GTA, Hamilton, southwestern Ontario, and Niagara with lawn care, property cleanouts, pack-and-store, inspections, and maintenance/renovation work. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on solving problems in real time and keeping a busy team on track.
This is an office-based role reporting directly to ownership.
*What you'll do:*
_Daily Operations & Dispatch_
- Build and issue daily routes and task assignments for field crews
- Monitor crews throughout the day, adjusting routes and reassigning jobs as issues, delays, or changes come up
- Get crews out the door each morning ? confirm they have keys, paperwork, and all supplies/equipment needed for the day
- Troubleshoot in real time when jobs run long, equipment fails, or weather disrupts the schedule
_Customer Service_
- Ensure customer emails and calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Ensure job results, photos, and reports are submitted back to customers in a timely manner
- Handle customer issues and complaints as they arise, escalating where necessary
_Employee & Administrative Oversight_
- Address employee issues throughout the day (attendance, performance, conflicts, coverage gaps)
- Directly manage and support our administration employee to keep office/back-office tasks on track
- Ensure the billing book is kept accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding and training of new field staff
_Cross-Functional Collaboration_
- Work alongside ownership and the Field Manager to plan and improve day-to-day operations
- Help identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements
- Assist with equipment/fleet tracking and flag maintenance needs
- Support quoting or scheduling input when needed
*What you bring:*
- Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or scheduling (property services, landscaping, home services, logistics, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
- Clear, professional communication ? comfortable with customers and crews alike
- Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve when plans change
- Comfortable using scheduling/routing software and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets)
- Valid driver's license
- Available for early morning starts
*Nice to have:*
- Experience supervising or managing a team
- Familiarity with billing/invoicing processes
- Background in lawn care, cleanouts, or similar field services

- Location: Based out of our Millgrove, ON shop ? office-based, field visits not expected
- Pay: $55,000?$68,000/year, based on experience
