Factory Officer

1.Collect data, prepare and summarize performance reports, and monitor the progress of work in each section. 2.Analyze the initial data to identify performance issues and propose improvements in collaboration with the team. 3.Support the monitoring and improvement of production processes to meet established targets. 4.Track the progress of assigned projects and report the results to your supervisor. 5.Coordinate and help organize teamwork, and support task assignments according to the project plan. 6.Support the preparation of data for factory budget planning. 7.Collect and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, and assist in analyzing preliminary results.

Qualifications: 20-45 years old Bachelor's degree Industrial or relate field 0-2 years of experience Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Good working knowledge of the Industrial Engineering. skills in using MS Office. Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills.
