Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily production activities on the Central Assembly Line to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Plan and allocate manpower, machines, materials, and other resources according to the daily production plan. Monitor production output, cycle time, productivity, efficiency, and line performance, and take corrective actions when targets are not achieved. Control assembly processes to ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements. Supervise production operators and team leaders, including work assignments, attendance, discipline, performance, and on-the-job training. Coordinate with Quality, Process, Equipment, Planning, Warehouse, and other related departments to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production operations. Analyze production abnormalities, machine downtime, quality issues, defects, and scrap. Work with related teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support line balancing, manpower optimization, productivity improvement, and production cost reduction activities. Drive continuous improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement. Ensure machines, tools, fixtures, and equipment used on the assembly line are properly operated and maintained. Monitor and control material usage, Work-in-Process (WIP), scrap, and production losses to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure employees comply with company policies, EHS requirements, production procedures, and workplace safety standards. Prepare daily and weekly production reports, including production output, efficiency, manpower status, production issues, and corrective action plans. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in production or assembly line operations, preferably in an electronics, electrical, automotive, or manufacturing environment. At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team management experience is preferred. Good knowledge of assembly processes, production control, manpower planning, and line balancing. Strong leadership, team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze production data and prepare reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Able to communicate in English for work-related matters. Able to work 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, and work overtime when required.
