Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the Assembly Equipment team to ensure effective support for daily production operations.

Ensure the stable operation and maintenance of automated assembly equipment, industrial robots, conveyor systems, and related production machinery.

Develop, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to maximize equipment availability.

Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce equipment downtime, and enhance equipment reliability.

Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and other related departments to resolve equipment-related issues.

Lead the installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification, and acceptance of new production lines and equipment.

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment readiness and minimize production interruptions.

Lead equipment improvement, automation, and process optimization projects to improve productivity and reduce operating costs.

Ensure all equipment complies with company safety standards, legal requirements, and EHS regulations.

Prepare equipment performance reports, downtime analysis, KPI reports, and improvement plans for management review.

Train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and equipment engineers to enhance technical competency.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), equipment manuals, and maintenance records.

Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Manage CAPA activities, Risk Assessments, and Engineering Change processes related to equipment improvements.

Support Automation, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0 implementation projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation systems, or automated assembly lines within a manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Experience with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and/or AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization, will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of PLC, Servo Motors, Motion Control, Industrial Robots, Sensors, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems. Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and equipment reliability improvement. Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE, and 5S methodologies. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and effectively support production operations. Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Good command of English (both written and spoken); Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage.
