Fresh Graduate (Chinese Speaking) – Engineering / Production

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate with Chinese language skills to join our Engineering and Production team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment while developing skills and growing with the organization.

1. Coordinate between the Engineering and Production teams
2. Translate documents and communicate in Chinese with Chinese team members or business partners
3. Support engineering tasks and production processes
4. Learn and develop understanding of internal manufacturing systems and workflows
5. Report work progress and issues to supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, or a related field Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Fresh graduates are welcome Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment Patient, hardworking, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills
