Manager

Responsibilities:

Direct, mentor, and evaluate team members; establish clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development. Oversee daily workflows, monitor project timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and quality standards. Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and track financial performance against operational metrics. Identify bottlenecks, standardise operating procedures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with senior executives, human resources, sales, and external stakeholders to align business strategies and operational priorities. Generate performance reports, track key metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of OND. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
