Technician HVAC

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experienced in electrical installations, control panels, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Good understanding about HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing
• Ready to work in a team, coordinate with other departments, and work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts (including national holidays) at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.

Job Description :

• Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC utilities and infrastructure according to SMMS schedules and procedures
• Record tenant meter readings for electricity and water consumption as per established procedures
• Recording energy consumption (electricity and water) in public areas according to established procedures
• Coordinate and monitor HVAC system installations and repairs
• Respond to complaints and requests from other departments or tenants
• Execute infrastructure condition checklists to assess the state of building components
