Manager, Analytics & Insights ( APAC)

This is your chance to be part of what's next.  The Role  As the Manager, Analytics & Insights APAC, you'll report to the Director, Analytics & Insights APAC and support the analytics function across the region, turning sales, marketing, operations, and franchise data into actionable insights that drive profitability and data-driven decision-making. You'll partner with business and functional teams, build dashboards and reporting frameworks, and help prepare performance updates for APAC and global leadership.  What You'll Do  Analyze sales, profitability, pricing, and operational data to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready reports for leadership and franchisees. 

Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into analysis, supporting forecasting, scenario modelling, QBRs, and Annual Brand & Business Planning. 

Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and BI tools for leadership and franchisee reporting. 

Deliver ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations to support leadership decisions. 

Research market, consumer, and category trends to inform commercial and marketing strategy. 

What You'll Bring  Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

4–6 years' experience in consulting, business, or data analytics, with strong business and financial acumen. 

Proficiency in SQL required; experience with SAS, R, or Python and familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools preferred. 

Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences. 

Experience leveraging AI tools and skills to streamline analysis, reporting, and insight generation. 

Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work cross-functionally. 

Compensation & Benefits  Monthly base salary: SGD 7,091 – SGD 9,458, commensurate with experience.  Medical insurance 

Annual leave (up to a maximum of 21 days)
