Business Development Specialist

Location: London Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home The Role An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading international law firm's high-performing BD & Marketing team. This role would suit an experienced BD professional, or an Executive/Assistant looking to step up ideally from a legal or professional services background. Key Responsibilities Support pitches, credentials and client-facing materials. Maintain lawyer CVs, case studies and marketing content. Support client events, webinars and thought leadership campaigns. Assist with directory submissions, awards and league tables. Support client relationship and business development initiatives. Coordinate meetings, client plans and practice priorities. Maintain accurate information across CRM and marketing systems. About You Experience in BD, pitches or marketing , ideally within legal/professional services. Open to experienced Assistants/Executives looking to progress into BD. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. Confident managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Proactive, commercially minded and able to use initiative.
