Sales Engineer

Stratoil Energy Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our commercial team in Cairo, Egypt.

At Stratoil, we bring world-class knowledge, niche technologies, and skilled people to operators across Egypt and the MENA region.

This role sits at the center of our commercial growth — promoting our full portfolio of Training, Software & Consultancy, Digital Transformation, and Manpower Supply to NOCs, JVs, and IOCs across the region.

What you'll do:

• Drive opportunities across all four service lines, matching the right solution to each client's challenge

• Build and manage relationships with client engineers, technical teams, and decision-makers

• Represent Stratoil's technology partners

• Lead technical scoping conversations alongside our geoscience and engineering teams

• Support proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations from first contact through to close

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, Geophysics, or related field

• 3-7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related commercial role in oil & gas

• Working knowledge of E&P concepts (seismic, reservoir, petrophysics) and credibility in technical client conversations

• Fluent Arabic and professional English

• Existing exposure to Egypt's NOC/JV ecosystem is a strong plus
