• Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules and reports.
• Write technical reports.
• Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
• Plan and maintain production schedules.
• Maintain equipment and instruments.
• Consult with government regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies.
• Identify and advise on anticipated natural risks.
• Provide detailed information and guidance to clients on project analysis and design.
