Join our growing manufacturing team!
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize production operations across our manufacturing facilities, including:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Panels
- Distribution Transformers
- Voltage Stabilizers
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop production teams to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HSE requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a production leadership role.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Sheet Metal, LV Panels, Transformers, or Voltage Stabilizers.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and production KPI management.
