Senior QA Engineer
Speed Odds is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our technology team in Yerevan.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of a large-scale B2B iGaming platform used by sportsbook and online casino operators worldwide.
The platform includes customer-facing websites, sportsbook and casino systems, management and back-office applications, agent and retail solutions, wallet management, payment integrations, CRM, bonus systems, reporting tools, and third-party gaming integrations.
You will work closely with backend developers, frontend developers, DevOps, and other technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing complex business logic, APIs, integrations, transactional systems, and user-facing applications.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing
Test web applications across different browsers, devices, screen sizes, and environments
Test RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Validate complex business logic, workflows, and transactional processes
Test sportsbook, casino, wallet, payment, bonus, CRM, reporting, and management functionality
Test authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and access-control scenarios
Validate real-time data, odds, transactions, account balances, and system updates
Perform database validation using SQL Server
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
Investigate defects and work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
Develop and maintain automated tests for critical application functionality
Implement and maintain automated regression test suites
Perform integration and end-to-end testing across multiple services and systems
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Support release testing and production deployments
Perform performance and basic load testing where required
Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and automation coverage
Maintain test documentation and QA reports
Help establish quality standards and testing practices across the engineering organization
4+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or test engineering
Strong experience testing web-based enterprise applications
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
Strong experience testing REST APIs
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
Strong SQL knowledge and experience validating data in Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
Experience with browser-based testing and developer tools
Understanding of HTML, HTTP, REST APIs, and web application architecture
Experience testing authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions
Experience testing third-party integrations and external APIs
Experience working with Git and version-control workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and spoken English
The preferred candidate should have:
Experience with C# / .NET
Experience with Angular
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
Experience building automated API and UI test suites
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in deployment workflows
Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter or k6
Experience testing payment systems, wallets, financial systems, or other transactional applications
Experience with sportsbook, casino, iGaming, or other high-volume platforms
Experience testing real-time applications and WebSocket-based functionality
Experience with security testing and common web application vulnerabilities
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
