Business Analyst

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking/FSI industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and relevant software tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
• Own laptop required for role-related activities, primarily during office hours, minimum 1-year usage.
• Experience analyzing business data and creating visualizations for decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Willingness to work onsite
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions to address business needs, challenges, and pain points.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing, and production support.
• Perform business and user requirement analysis, including creating mockups.
• Develop project documentation, such as functional specifications, business cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Execute each phase of the full software development life cycle, from scoping to end-user testing.
• Work closely with design, development, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track project progress.
• Participate in ideation, research, design, development, and launch of new products.
• Ensure quality assurance of features according to industry best practices.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
