Financial Operations & Partnership Support

Manage and oversee financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing related to partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.

Track and analyze financial performance metrics for partnerships, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for strategic partnership initiatives.

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely reconciliation of partner-related transactions.

Partnership Relationship Management

Act as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with agreed financial terms.

Support the negotiation and structuring of financial terms in partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records related to partners, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.

Address financial inquiries from partners and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently.

Market & Industry Analysis

Conduct financial analysis and research on market trends to assess the financial viability of potential partnerships.

Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging financial models relevant to partnerships.

Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and partnership optimization.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure that all financial transactions and partnership agreements comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Identify potential financial risks within partnerships and recommend mitigation strategies.

Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to align financial partnership operations with industry standards.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, partnership management, or a related field.

Experience in fintech, financial services, or business development is an advantage

Strong understanding of financial operations, partnership agreements, and business development.

Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction reconciliation.

Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage financial relationships with partners.

Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
