Event Marketing Specialist

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Trade Show Planning & Coordination

Develop and execute  marketing strategies  to support trade show participation

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and partners for booth setup and promotional materials

  Content Creation & Promotion

Develop  marketing collateral , press releases, blog posts, and promotional content

Work with the design team to create compelling  visual assets, banners, and presentation

Develop video and multimedia content to enhance booth engagement

  Budget & Logistics Management

Assist in  administrative execution of the project management  for trade show marketing

Oversee materials management for trade show

Ensure timely and efficient execution of all event-related activities

  General Responsibilities

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show marketing 

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in B2B marketing is a plus

Ability to travel to the International expos is required

Familiarity with agile methodologies and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)

Excellent communication skills

Fluency of English and Armenian languages 

Good problem solving and negotiation skills
