Job Description
A leading printing and mailing services company located in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking a Polybagger Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for operating polybagging equipment used in high-volume mailing and fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate polybagging equipment used to package printed materials for mailing and distribution
Load products, inserts, and poly film into the machine according to job specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper sealing, counts, and packaging quality
Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and client standards
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical problems when necessary
Maintain production efficiency while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
Experience operating polybagging, mailing, or bindery equipment in a printing or mailing environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Sitma, CMC, W+D, or similar polybagging machines
Background in direct mail, printing, or fulfillment operations
