Proposal And Presentation Designer

We are looking for a designer who can turn business ideas, technical solutions, and sales messages into clear and persuasive visual content.

The role will support our Sales team by creating:

Commercial and technical proposals

Sales presentations and pitch decks

Company profiles

Service brochures and one-pagers

Case studies and client-facing documents

Reusable proposal and presentation templates

Key responsibilities

Design professional proposals that support the sales process

Transform complex information into clear visual stories

Organize content using strong layouts, typography, charts, and infographics

Maintain brand consistency across all sales materials

Work with Sales and technical teams to understand project requirements

Deliver accurate work within tight deadlines

Maintain an organized library of templates and design assets

Requirements

3+ years of experience in presentation or graphic design

A portfolio that includes business presentations, proposals, or pitch decks

Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills

Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva

Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling

Ability to design in both English and Arabic

Attention to detail and good time management

Ability to manage feedback and multiple assignments

Preferred

Experience with B2B, technology, or IT services

Experience designing technical and commercial proposals

Basic animation and interactive presentation skills
