Collaborate closely with IT, finance teams, and external vendors to configure and customize ERP functionalities to align with specific accounting requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for financial processes within the ERP, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Provide expert training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency with the new system. Optimize financial workflows and processes leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and control. Ensure GAAP Compliance and adherence to internal financial policies throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
