Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations

Monitor work progress at sites

Attend to all logistical matters

Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project

Manage and monitor subcontractors’ work progress

Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time

Job Requirements :

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of working experience in building works projects

Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)

Certificate in bizSAFE Level 2 : Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan

Certificate in Managing Work At Height
