Required Skills: 3–7 years supporting DoD logistics, supply, financial management, PPBE/PPB&E, or related operations

Bachelor’s degree

Active DoD Secret clearance

Demonstrated experience operating independently within government task management environments

Experience supporting ETMS2, AMHS, tasker management systems, or comparable DoD workflow/task management tools

Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, templates, and policy guidance

Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare executive-ready products, correspondence, reports, and briefing materials

Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and resolving cross-functional issues

Strong document management, organization, and records control skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight

Desired Skills: Experience supporting Marine Corps or Navy organizations

Familiarity with DAI, Advana DAR-Q, COLS reporting, ULO/UMD analysis, and reimbursable order tracking

Experience supporting audit readiness or financial reconciliation efforts

Experience supporting TOECR development, staffing packages, or logistics documentation workflows

Experience supporting conference planning and government event coordination

Knowledge of Supply Services programs and MCICOM processes

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
